• Piñata theme/design (please email a reference photo to vancouverpinatas@gmail.com if you have something specific in mind)
• Date needed by (two weeks turnaround from the date the order is placed, rush fee applied for piñatas needed within 2 weeks) 
• Size (Mini: 3"-7", El Medio: 8"-11", Jumbo 12"+)
• First Name + Age (Optional)
