POST PINATA PURCHASE FAQs

How do I hang a piñata and does it come with string or rope included?
To hang your piñata, take the built in Polypropylene Twine at the top of the piñata and securely fastened it to a stable structure like a tree branch, a ceiling hook, or a sturdy beam. Make sure it’s hung at a height where party guests can reach it easily.

How do I fill a piñata?
Filling your piñata is easy! Simply locate the flap or opening at the back of the piñata, and fill it with your favorite candy, small toys, or other treats. Ensure the piñata is filled evenly so it holds its shape. Carefully peel off the backing from the double-sided tape to expose the sticky surface, press the flap down securely over the double-sided tape, ensuring that it’s firmly closed. The tape will hold the flap in place to keep the treats inside.

What can I fill my piñata with?
You can fill your piñata with a variety of items! Some popular choices include candy, small toys, stickers, confetti, stationary or party favors. Avoid overly heavy items to ensure the piñata can break open easily when hit.

Are piñatas safe for children?
Yes, piñatas are generally safe for children when used properly. However, we recommend adult supervision during the game, especially when using sticks or batons to hit the piñata. Ensure everyone takes turns and swings from a safe distance.

How long will the piñata last?
Piñatas are designed for a fun and lively party game, but they typically last through one round of hitting. After the piñata breaks open, the fun continues with the treats spilling out!

What is the best way to store my piñata before the party?
Store your piñata in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to keep it in the best condition. Avoid storing it in damp or overly warm places, as it can affect the piñata’s structure.

Are the piñatas environmentally friendly?
Our piñatas are made from recyclable materials like cardboard and tissue paper, but they are intended for single use. Please recycle the materials after your event to help reduce waste.

What do I do if my piñata doesn’t break open easily?
If the piñata is too tough to break, it may be due to the type of candy or items inside. Try lightly shaking or tapping the piñata to loosen it, or ensure the hits are directed toward the piñata’s weakest spots.

Are piñatas durable enough for multiple uses?
Our piñatas are designed for one-time use. However, they are built to withstand a few swings and can handle multiple hits before they release their goodies. Once broken open, the piñata’s fun is done!
